Our Return Policy
​General Return Policy
If you aren't 100% satisfied with your puchase, you can return the product to us for a refund or an exchange.
You can return a product up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
Any product returned must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with all original parts.
We only accept returns on products that have not been used in the water.
Any products used in water are subject to diagnosis and extra charges.​
Please keep all receipts and be aware that there is a minimum 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Fees and Extras
Shipping fees on returns are not included and are not covered.
Insurance must be bought on items shipped back for refund and returns.
Any extra banking fees or transaction fees are not returned.
On return of product, damages or misuse of items from diagnosis are calculated in the refund.
We will send an estimate charge on the repair and maintenance of any used product after which you may accept to be deducted from the refund price or have the product sent back to you with shipping costs.​
